Delivery Policy for ChokoMoko

At ChokoMoko, we are committed to ensuring that your orders reach you in a timely and secure manner. Please read the following details about our delivery process.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery across India. Please note that shipping to remote or restricted areas may take longer or may not be possible in certain cases.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays, natural disasters), shipping times may be affected. You will be notified in such cases.


3. Shipping time and Charges

Estimated delivery time is  5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the chosen shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on orders over a specified amount.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your order’s progress.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.

6. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@chokomoko.in with your order details, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching the order.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


7. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that your package is deemed undeliverable by the courier (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, or a refund can be provided minus the shipping costs, depending on your preference.
