1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and style, and add it to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase securely.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.


3. How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.


4. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we currently deliver across India. International shipping will be available soon.


5. What is your replacement and refund policy?

  • Replacement: You may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

8. Are your products true to the pictures shown?

Yes. All ChokoMoko products are photographed and presented to reflect their true design, fabric, and detailing. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you may apply for a replacement/return as per our policy.
