  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the desired size or product is unavailable, we will offer an exchange or store credit.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • If you are not eligible for a refund, you may opt for store credit or replacement.


🚫 Non-Eligible Items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

  • Sale/discounted items marked as Final Sale.

  • Accessories or complimentary gifts.
